A Nursery Design With a $1000 Budget

Claire Brody Designs | Nursery on a Budget

A nursery design with a 1000 budget …. can it be done? Honestly, nurseries are the easiest type of room to keep low budget, but that doesn’t mean it was still a challenge to keep this nursery at 1K.  Laura has become the queen of these types of posts and she is SO GOOD at them.  I love all of the details in this one…

1: Crib

This crib has got to be the universal “budget crib”…. The price seriously can’t be beat.  I’d love to hear from anyone whose used it.  How has it help up?

2: Dresser

A cute little budget friendly dresser…

3: Chair

A classic little accent chair. Love the skirted detail.

4: Round Rug

This room could easily be a neutral space, but I love how Laura added the bright pink rug to shake it up.

5: Blanket

The small image of this blanket above doesn’t do it justice.  Such a sweet detail!

6: Pouf

Some needed natural texture..

7: Rocking Bear

I can’t stop describing these pieces as ” so sweet”!!! This lil rocking bear though…

8: Wall Banner

I love how this wall banner is metal.  Sometimes nurseries feel TOO sweet and soft, but this prevents it from happening here.

9: Throw Pillow

You know how I feel about mustard yellow/chartreuse….

10: Globe

Globes are my single favorite item to style with/around in a kid space/nursery.

11: Pendant

Such a great price on these pendants from Land Of Nod..

12: Elephant

I want this elephant in my house and there is no baby in sight.  It’s so sweet in this nursery but definitely go in a grown space too.

13: Prints

The personality of the space.  This shop has lots of fun prints.

14: Changing Pad

A necessity for a babe…
