A few weeks ago I shared a shared kids’ room reveal, and today I am sharing part two of this client’s project. The family had one bedroom for each child and Morgan decided it would be a better use of space to combine the kids room in order to create a guest room.
What was once James’ room….
Is now a cozy, layered guest room….
I shared the design plan in this post. Morgan wanted simple, and was drawn to soothing blues from the beginning.
I actually brought this tribal accent chair and woven tapestry in when we photographed the room. Both are from Homegoods, but I linked similar options at the end of the post. It’s always nice to have a cozy chair in a guest room.
The table lamps are my favorite detail in the room. I originally sources these table lamps, but when Morgan received them, the coloring of the pair was off. Morgan found the above table lamps as an alternative, and I prefer them to the original option.
What do you think??
