It’s Blogger Stylin’ Christmas Home Tour week hosted by Lindsay from The White Buffalo Styling Co! How stunning was her tour?? Lindsay has been crazy busy with their new home renos and yet she still manages to host the Blogger Stylin’ Home Tours. I don’t know how she does it, but I sure am happy to be a part of it! So much greatness to come this week, so if you haven’t started your holiday decorating, hopefully this will give you that boost.
This year I put together what I’m calling a moody holiday mantel. Moody isn’t the first word that pops into my head when I think of the holidays, it’s more so how moody feels. It’s cozy, warm and inviting – just how I want to feel during the holidays, thus why I went with a moody holiday mantel.
My inspiration was this piece of art created by Katherine Jury. I told Katherine what I was envisioning and she helped me choose the perfect piece for the mantel. She is incredible and there are several more pieces that I have my eye on especially the green and teal pieces…

Somewhat of a confession: I created this Christmas mantel for Home Depot’s Holiday Style Challenge back in OCTOBER. It was as crazy as it sounds. I had to beg a tree farm to meet me out there to purchase a Christmas tree in mid October that ended up being the garland for the mantel and wreath. We obviously took this down after the photos were taken because Christmas in October is ……. I am in the process of decorating for real Christmas this week, but I am trying to recreate this vignette because I really did enjoy it. Anyway, the post on HD’s blog is the same content but different photos (slightly different angles), and I explain my thought process in creating the holiday mantel.
Below is the lineup this week. I’ll be updating the links each day. Up next is Brooke of Nesting with Grace. Brooke has beautiful style and never disappoints with her home tours!
